Abstract

Application of advanced high-performance teams carbide cutting tools with wear-resistant coating of foreign production, characterized by extremely high cutting properties, due to their high cost in Ukraine leads to increased costs and reduced processing capacity under certain conditions deprive them of advantages compared with the applicable practice obsolete domestic structures of carbide cutting tools. Subject to purchase foreign-made cutting tools for the price of the manufacturer an opportunity to their cost-effective use of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. While the cost of processing lower than the manufacturer's tools abroad, as Ukraine tariff of a worker less than in economically developed countries. This allows you to effectively use the tools, both in the conventional and high-speed cutting .
