Abstract

The article contains the results of the analysis of the condition and ways to improve operation of enterprises agrarian and industrial complex of Ukraine. The implementation of these directions set goals to improve the governance of the agrarian sector, the development of market infrastructure that service this sector and develop it on the basis of a competitive mechanism, as well as the protection of the domestic market of the agricultural products.
