Abstract

Research showed that in modern conditions of managing of the enterprises the human capital plays an important transformational role. The human capital acts as labor, managerial staff and consumers of production. Methods which are the cornerstone of analytical tools of staff evaluation can be generally divided into four groups: the general scientific; the quantitative; the high-quality; the combined. On the basis of the analysis of foreign experience of staff evaluation expansion of techniques of an assessment on domestic industrial enterprises due to use of the concept of enterprise lifecycles of I. Adizes is offered. There was offered step-by-step technique of carrying out staff evaluation which consists of eleven phases focused on one of aspects of activities of the enterprise. These phases are parts of the system approach allowing to give the company on the stage "Blossoming". A key factor of success on this way is selection of management team by the principle of a complimentarily, a capability to bring together conscious and independent people and to create conditions for their effective work. The analysis of activities of the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine showed that the majority of them is at a maturity, and some are close to a recession stage. Heads of the metallurgical enterprises first of all need to pay attention to financial and economic strategy of development review of stages on which training processes, stimulations and motivations of the personnel begin.
