Scientific novelty of  research is in detection general tendency of change genre-stylistics guideline in era «tectonic improvement» of art space of transition historical era on example Rakhmaninov’s  chamber-vocal creation. Conclusion Thinking  about one side of creative heritage of great Russian artist, watching succession of spiritual experience (necessary attribute of creation) we come to conclusion about mythological creative cycle. The way of self-knowledge of artist is as Christian mythological model: trespass, penance, expiation. The mythological cycle of self-identification is reflected in Rakhmaninov’s chamber-vocal creation. In the beginning there are: youth aspiration, maximalism of sensibility “transgression” and then conciliation as the demonstration of  agreement with the life, seizure of sensation of peace and the conciliation with being. And ultimately is “Expiation” – the endless way, way to God.
