Bright creative achievements of Komisarov Oleh are related to fruitful labour in the National musical academy of Ukraine of the name of P.I.Chaykovskogo (1993-2007) on positions of professor, manager of the department of musical pedagogics, helper of rector of the National musical academy of Ukraine of the name of P.I.Chaykovskogo, academician of the National academy of arts of Ukraine, folk artist of Ukraine, professor Timoshenko O. From 2009 and to this day Komisarov Oleh is a professor of department of surdopedagogiki faculty of korekciynoy pedagogics and psychology of NPU of the name of M.P.Dragomanova.
