CORRELATION BETWEEN JOB MINDSET AND STUDENT’S READINESS TO BE AN ENTERPRENEUR

Abstract: This research aimed to test the correlation between job mindset and student’s readiness to be an
enterpreneur. This research used a correlational research design. The population of this research consists of 162 students as the participant of entrepreneurship education and training in Faculty of Economy, State University of Malang. The samples were 87 people taken using random sampling. The data were collected using questionnaire when the respondents were joining entrepreneurship education and training. The collected data were analyzed using correlational analysis technique. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between job mindset and student’s readiness to be an entrepreneur.
