Cultural and Creative Industries in Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine: Current Trends and Development Prospects

The purpose of the article is to investigate current trends and prospects for the development of cultural and creative industries in higher education institutions of Ukraine, as well as the role of these industries in the formation of new approaches to learning, the development of innovations and the stimulation of students' creative potential. The research methodology involves the application of the dialectical principle of cognition, a systemic approach, as well as general scientific and interdisciplinary methods: analytical, comparative, semantic, synthetic, which allows for an analysis of the current state, to outline key trends and determine development prospects. The scientific novelty lies in the systematic generalisation of the development of cultural and creative industries in higher education in Ukraine, as well as in the analysis of the potential of these industries for the formation of new approaches to the professional training of students, including the integration of creative practices and innovative technologies into educational programmes. Conclusions. Analysis of current trends and prospects for the development of cultural and creative industries in higher education institutions of Ukraine has revealed several key aspects: the integration of cultural and creative industries into the educational process is an important element of innovative education; the active use of creative industries contributes to the formation of new forms of cultural and economic activity on the basis of higher education institutions; the combination of art, technology and business within the educational environment ensures the creation of the creative potential of the individual and contributes to the development of innovative approaches in society.
