STRUCTURE OF SOCIAL LEADERSHIP OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL WORK

The relevance of the study is due to the need for real practice of training social workers in the formation of social leadership among future social workers as the main initiators of social changes and improvement of social work. The article presents the content and relevant components, components and indicators of social leadership of future specialists in the field of social work based on the synthesis of the results of scientific research. The purpose of the article is to summarize the scientific state of the development of the structure of social leadership of future specialists in the field of social work and to identify the main components and indicators, taking into account the requirements for modern specialists in the field of social work. Methods of comparison, generalization, synthesis, system analysis and expert assessment were used to clarify the content of the concept of "social leadership of social workers," its components and indicators. It has been established that stakeholder experts, with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies, can effectively assess the indicators of the structural components of social leadership of future social workers when creating appropriate opportunities. Based on the results of the expert assessment, the indicators of social leadership of the relevant structural components were clarified: orientation to social changes as the value of social work; increased capacity to manage social work knowledge and resources; ensuring the development of analytical and creative thinking of social workers; striving for effective partnerships and team collaboration. It is emphasized that these structural components are interrelated and interdependent, and taking into account their content is important for the formation of social leadership among future social workers in the process of training.References
