The analysis of organization structure of the system of integrat-edresearchesand effectiveness of breeding process of spring soft wheat in the Research and Practical Center of NAS of BelarusforArable Farming is given. It is shown that in1993-2010 seven new varieties were developed and included into the State Register of the Republic of Belarus; three of them, such as Darja, Rassviet and Tomaare valuable in quality.
