The results of the study for 435 millet specimens from NCPGRU‟s collection (2006-2010 ys) in the conditions of the eastern part of Forest-Steppe of Ukraine are shown. Several sources of valuable traits such as: grain yield, dura-tion of vegetative period, 1000 kernel wrights, grain protein content, resistance to different races of smut, etc., are found.
