Introduction of the acievements of the environmental monitoring system of scientific institutions in the educational programs

In the article were elucidated the features of implementation of the modern scientific knowledge and results of the studies of scientific institutions on environmental monitoring in the educational programs on the example of learning discipline “Environmental monitoring”. The activity of scientific institutions on environmental monitoring was analyzed as the one of subjects of the state system of environmental monitoring in Ukraine. The stages of the teacher’s preparation to the competence approach were determined and the structural-logic system of formation of the scientific competences (functional and special ones) in specialist of environmental monitoring was elaborated. At the expense of such complex preparation during the lectures in the future specialist-ecologists will be formed the modern scientific knowledge, abilities, skills that will be fixed during laboratory activities, work and pre-graduation practice. The main aspects of the students’ scientific work as their independent scientific-cognitive activity were elucidated.
