Дослідження впливу етанолу на властивості розчинів полоксамеру 338 методами ротаційної віскозиметрії та спінових зондів

Мета. Дослідження властивостей 20 % розчинів полоксамеру 338 (Р338) у воді та змішаних розчинниках вода – етанол методами ротаційної віскозиметрії та спінових зондів при різних температурах.
Матеріали і методи. Об’єкти досліджень – 20 % м/м розчини Р338 у воді та сумішах вода – етанол. Розчини досліджували методом ротаційної віскозиметрії при різних температурах; визначали тип течії, нижню межу плинності (t0), динамічну або уявну в’язкість (η). В розчини вводили спінові зонди на основі жирних кислот, що різняться за молекулярною структурою, розчинністю та локалізацією радикалів. Отримували спектри електронного парамагнітного резонансу (ЕПР). За спектрами ЕПР визначали їх тип і параметри.
Результати. Залежно від вмісту етанол впливає на реологічні властивості 20 % розчину Р338. Показано, що здатність розчину до термоіндукованого золь → гель переходу при температурі 32 °С зберігається при вмісті етанолу 5 % м/м. Реопараметри гелю при 32 °С та 37 °С збільшуються (порівняно з гелем, що не містить етанол), що супроводжується зменшенням щільності упаковки поліпропіленоксидних (ППО) ланцюгів в ядрах міцел Р338. При вмісті етанолу 10 % м/м температура утворення гелю зростає до 40 °С. При вмісті етанолу 15 % м/м і вище гелі в 20 % розчині Р338 в інтервалі температур 25-40 °С не утворюються. З підвищенням вмісту етанолу до 30 % м/м зменшуються часи кореляції обертальної дифузії (τ) та параметр впорядкованості (S) спінових зондів на основі жирних кислот; у разі амонійної солі 5-доксилстеаринової кислоти (5-ДСК NH4 солі) анізотропні спектри ЕПР трансформуються в суперпозицію двох триплетів, а потім у триплет. Здатність до термоіндукованих золь ↔ гель переходів в 20 % розчинах Р338 зберігається, доки спектри ЕПР цього зонда є анізотропними при температурах від 25 ºС до 37 ºС. З підвищенням концентрації етанолу зростає сольватація ядер міцел Р338 дисперсійним середовищем його розчинів.
Висновки. Показано, що етанол залежно від вмісту впливає на реологічні властивості 20 % розчину Р338, здатність якого до термоіндукованого золь ↔ гель переходу зберігається при вмісті етанолу 5-10 % м/м. Зміни реологічних властивостей 20 % розчину Р338 корелюють зі спостережуваною зміною типів спектрів ЕПР 5-ДСК NH4 солі. З підвищенням вмісту етанолу зростає сольватація ядер міцел Р338 дисперсійним середовищем і зменшується щільність та впорядкованість упаковки ППО ланцюгів в ядрах міцел
