The article substantiates the need to stimulate students to personal development during their studies. It has been established that education should be organized in such a way as to maximally encourage future professionals to actively improve themselves. It was found out that the praxeological approach realization in the educational process enables the transformation of the acquired knowledge into real mental activity. It increases the need for self-development of students. The use of the praxeological approach allows involving future specialists in the practically oriented projects implementation. These projects are aimed at creating educational, educational, pedagogical, cultural, and technical or production product-project. The project activity creates conditions for creative self-realization of students. It promotes development of their intellectual abilities, independence, responsibility, ability to plan, make decisions, evaluate the results. It is presented the projects’ analysis in the framework of international studies using Photovoice method (Ukraine-Poland-Holland-Belarus-Sweden) and applied projects (Ukraine-Poland-Germany) «Through the Stomach to a Common Europe without Borders», «What Means to Be a Citizen» and «Woman is changeable». As practice has shown, the participation of student youth in international projects forms their ability to independently design their knowledge. It promotes the active development of critical thinking. Their participation in international projects helps to search for a solution to a specific problem and provides «meaningful personal enrichment» for the personal perfection of everyone. We can distinguish the following results of students’ participation in the projects in the practical context: language practices, which are a tool for improving the language content of students; meeting and communication with representatives of local self-government bodies; preparation and media presentation of the results of their own project activities through local TV companies; meeting with specialists in various fields of practice depending on the subject; studying own history, culture, traditions and acquaintance with similar properties of European countries; «real life» communication, resulting in the elimination of stereotypes, consisting of lack of, or lack of information about the mentality of a country and the opportunity to overcome a biased relationship to each other. Consequently, the participation of students in international projects creates positive conditions for creative self-realization and personal development.References
