ORGANIZATION OF FUTURE OF SOCIAL WORKERS’ TRAINING: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

The article elucidates the conceptual approaches foundations of social workers training on the basis of foreign experience analysis. It is proved, that along with national peculiarities, there are some common for many countries features of social work education. They are caused by nature of social education itself (humanity orientation, universal character, and conservatism) and general demands towards social workers professional competence.
