Plagiarismin the context of an interd is ciplinary approach: a dialogue of legal and cultural science paradigms

The purpose of the article.The purpose of this scientific paperis to study plagiarism throught hepris mofthere flection of twofundamentally different cientific standards legal,social, basedon the ideals of positivism and natural sciences, and cultural, humanitarian, oriented to the non-classical principles of plurality and relativity. Methodology. Following the goals and objectives, the basis of the methods of the study were comparative-legal, systemicand dogmatic methods. Particular methodological approach allowed to consider the manifestations of borrowings in productsofculture ("culturaltexts"), which from thephilosophical and cultural point of view are regarded as organically inherentin the culture of impulses ("textsinthetexts"), as well as determine the scope of the category"plagiarism"in legalscience, to identify its relation with the notion of "text in the text". The scientific novelty of the workis to determine the essence of the category of "plagiarism" throught heprism of aninter disciplinary approach the dialogue of legal and cultural paradigms. Conclusions. The need for the creative rethinking of the legal content of the category of "plagiarism"maturedby the achievements of modern humanitarian knowledge. The essence of this procedure is the transfer of attentionfrom the formal signs of originality to the content. The mention edaspect will exclude from the scope of objects of plagiarism the phenomen at hat werisked calling "texts in the texts" and include cases of shameful transfer of other people's thoughts"in their own words"(which,unfortunately,is not uncommonin modern scientific and artistic works). In this there is nothing humiliating for the law, on the contrary, such transformations correspond to the urgent need for postmodern science in interdisciplinary relations, in dialogue and cooperation, to which humanitarian is misby its very nature ready.The detailed development of transformation data, which requires the involvement of a large number ofhumanities professionals in the legal field, is a matter of the future and is,inouropinion, the direction of inter disciplinary research, the out lines of which are already scheduled.
