Annals of Mechnikov's Institute (AMI)

Focus and Scope

AMI it is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal with a transdisciplinary focus on medicine (microbiology and immunology) and pharmacy. This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Due to the fact that the journal is completely free for authors, the institute and the editorial office are not able to pay for DOI, the articles are posted on the aggregator ZENODO site, which is sponsored by CERN. The ZENODO aggregator assigns a DOI number for each article for free.

Peer Review Process

All articles undergo double-blind peer review - and authors communicate exclusively anonimous by e-mails through the editors. Each article is reviewed by at least two reviewers. Editors of the AMI is  routinely screen article submissions for plagiarism.

 

Licensing terms

The journal uses the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International CC-BY, which allows others to use and distribute published materials, acknowledging the author's rights and the primacy of publication in this journal. Authors of publications retain their copyright in accordance with applicable law. The author(s) agree to the licensing terms when submitting a manuscript to the editorial office.

 

Annals of Mechnikov Institute

The Annals of Mechnikov Institute (AMI) is a open-access multi-language journal that publishes review articles, original contributions, short communications, case reports and technical advances presenting new data in the field of experimental and fundamental microbiology, immunology and pharmacy. Manuscripts should be written in English or Ukrainian  languages, contain original works, which has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
