The Purpose of the study is to highlight the system of information support for the activities of the Cycle Commission of Library Disciplines Teachers at the Kalush Professional College of Culture and Arts, as well as to identify effective ways to improve it based on modern digital technologies and information and communication tools. Research methodology involves the application of general scientific and special methods, which ensured a comprehensive analysis of the information support of the cycle commission’s activities. Methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization were used to process scientific sources and form the theoretical foundation of the study. Systemic and structural analysis and modeling of information flows made it possible to determine the structure of the information system, the relationships between its elements, and to assess its operational effectiveness. Practical aspects of the study were examined through observation, the case study method, and analysis of internal documentation of the cycle commission of the Kalush Professional College of Culture and Arts. Scientific novelty of the research lies in conducting a comprehensive analysis of the information support system of a cycle commission at a professional college of culture and arts under current conditions of digitalization of the educational process. Conclusions. Information support in institutions of professional pre-higher education is a multilevel system that ensures effective organization of managerial, educational-methodological, and communication processes. The activities of the cycle commission of the Kalush Professional College of Culture and Arts are based on the integrated use of digital tools and information flows that support internal and external interaction among participants in the educational process. Further development of information support should be grounded in systematic digitalization and the implementation of innovative solutions in order to improve the quality of education and communication efficiency.
