Міжнародні ідентифікатори як засоби організації інформації в бібліотечному середовищі

Мета статті – узагальнити відомості про міжнародні ідентифікатори як засоби організації інформації в бібліотечному середовищі та відобразити їх взаємозв’язки. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на застосуванні загальнонаукових та спеціальних методах пізнання, зокрема системного підходу, наукового аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, які дозволили виявити, описати та узагальнити відомості про міжнародні ідентифікатори, які побутують у бібліотечному середовищі. Метод табличного представлення даних дав змогу упорядкувати ідентифікатори для зручності аналізу; метод систематизації допоміг структурувати інформацію; термінологічний – окреслити визначення терміна «сутність». Наукова новизна статті полягає в актуалізації досліджень з ідентифікації цифрових об’єктів та розширенні уявлень про міжнародні ідентифікатори в бібліотечному середовищі. Показано багаторівневу систему взаємозв’язків ідентифікаторів. Висновки. Міжнародні ідентифікатори охоплюють практично всі види інформаційних ресурсів та їхніх творців. Вони є ключовими інструментами для забезпечення уніфікації і точності бібліотечних процесів, адже дають змогу однозначно ідентифікувати документи, авторів та організації в різних країнах. Використання ідентифікаторів забезпечує сумісність каталогів і баз даних, що полегшує пошук та обмін даними між системами. Крім того, для наукової комунікації вони є засобом підвищення прозорості та видимості результатів досліджень, адже дозволяють відстежувати авторство, публікації та інституційну належність, а стабільні посилання в цифровому середовищі гарантують тривалу доступність і коректність цитування електронних ресурсів. Захист авторських прав і прозорість у сфері інтелектуальної власності – ще одна перевага використання ідентифікаторів. Міжнародні ідентифікатори стають не просто технічними позначками, а засобами організації інформації, що визначають якість і надійність комунікації в бібліотечному середовищі, забезпечують взаємодію у сфері організації інформації і створюють умови для інтеграції бібліотек, архівів, видавництв та цифрових платформ у єдину глобальну мережу.
