Having analyzed the existing technologies of hydrocarbon conversion and their disadvantages, we proposed to apply the technology of aerosol nanocatalysis to get the synthesis-gas. The process was implemented in a reactor with a vibroliquated layer of the catalytic system (dispersive stuff and the catalyst powder). Such instrument design of steam conversion of С3-С4 hydrocarbons increased the reaction rate, the degree of conversion of stuff and reduced the concentration of catalyst in the reaction zone up to 2,5-25 г/м3 of the reactor. The studied NiO catalyst showed high activity and product yield close to equilibrium. We studied the effect of temperature on the process of steam conversion of hydrocarbons. As a result of mathematical processing of the data, we have defined the order of the reaction and the activation energy, which amounted to 178 kJ / mol that permitted suggesting the kinetic region of the reactionReferences
