The Layered Double Hydroxides (LDH) can occlude pollutants as on the mechanism of physical sorption, so on the ion-exchange mechanism. However, in both cases course of process of the return desorption of toxic components after their burial is possible. For prevention of process of the return desorption the fulfilled LDH can be subjected to heat treatment at high temperatures that leads to formation of spinels. The structure of the layered double hydroxides was calcinated at temperatures below 500 ° C, completely is restored at interaction with water, and at temperatures of heat treatment of sorbents higher than 600 ° C process of adsorption is irreversible, the hydroxide structure isn't restored, process of a desorption of sorbed components in environment doesn't happenReferences
