TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES ON THE EVOLUTION OF TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

Given article continues the research of the influence of environmental changes on the functioning of the system “agent – tool – subject of labour”. In particular, in the system of differential equations describing the transport system of the urban passenger traffic it is suggested to change the possibilities of transition of the environment from initial to finite state. The result of the research were the change regularities of transition possibility of the element from initial to finite state at various changing functions of the environment. The results of the research may be broadly used to while compiling short, average and long-term forecasts. Alongside, the choice of evolution tendencies in the past and future may have different directions.References
