Despite the large number of produced polymer modified materials, until now little attention was paid to studies of the structure of modified latex. This article analyzes the results of dielectric studies of the polyisoprene modified by polyacrylamide. The dielectric studies of the systems polyisoprene-polyacrylamide showed that polyisoprene has had π-bonds which abducted the electron density and created excess charges with simultaneous formation of excess charges of the monomer chain atom groups. And in amide groups of polyacrylamide a carbonyl abducted electron clouds and also generated excess charges. This led to the fact that the macromolecules of polyacrylamide were placed partially or fully between macromolecules of polyisoprene, and as a result, they created conditions for increase of elasticity of polyizoprene. The results could be the basis for selection of the polyusoprene materials modified by polyacrylamide with the desired molecular mobility. The modification of polyisoprene by small amount of polyacrylamide permitted to assume the existence of simultaneous increase of strength of the modified polyisoprene and its linear extension. The modification of elastomer by the greater amount of polyacrylamide led to high electrical insulation properties.References
