Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Sending articles:

  1. Articles are accepted on the established schedule:
  • in No. 1 (February) — till January 15 of the current year;
  • in No. 2 (February) — till January 15 of the current year;
  • in No. 3 (June) — till May 15 of the current year;
  • in No. 4 (November) — till October 15 of the current year.
  1. Articles are taken cognizance at strict observance of requirements to author's originals of articles
  2. The editor-in-chief notifies authors on article receipt by e-mail, checks article for compliance to formal criteria, including carries out check of originality of the text on the Anti-plagiarism system within 7 days. If necessary he corresponds with authors about elimination of remarks. After elimination of remarks he sends articles to the chief (scientific) editor and to the editorial board.
  3. Arrived articles are considered by the editorial board within 7 days. Originally article compliance to subject of the journal is defined. Articles, meeting formal requirements and corresponding to subject, are directed for reviewing. In 7 days after registration of article, the editorial office reports to authors about results of reviewing and about the plan of the article publication.
  4. The editorial board reserves the right to reject article which isn't meeting the established requirements or subject of the journal.
  5. In case of rejection of the provided article, the editorial board draws the motivated conclusion to the author.
  6. All articles, corresponding to subject of the journal by results of consideration by the editorial board, are directed for obligatory reviewing (see reviewing procedure of articles).
  7. The editorial board is competent to carry out scientific and literary editing of the arrived materials, if necessary to reduce them in coordination with the author, or if the subject of article is of interest to the journal, to send article for completion to the author.
  8. The editorial board doesn't get into an argument with authors of the rejected materials, manuscripts don't come back.

Requirements to articles

Text volume is 8 pages and more A4 format, editor WORD. Font is Times New Roman 12, margins 20 mm, page orientation - portrait, interval 1. To carry out charts, drawings, formulas, schemes, tables with a possibility of their editing in WORD, Excel, etc. (Font 10). Photo and other mages - in the form of separate files in jpg format, 300х300 dpi. The article subject has to correspond to the journal subject. Correspondence with authors only by e-mail. The message about article acceptance (or deviation) for printing is sent to the author by e-mail after reviewing it by associate editors.

Language of articles - Ukrainian, English.

Structure of article:

UDC

Name of article. Full name of the author(s) [no more than 2.]. Full name of the organization.

Abstracts in 2 languages (Ukrainian, English). The volume of abstract has to be not less than 1800 signs, including keywords. It has to be structured. To reflect purposes, material and methods, results, conclusions. Also to give translation of full name of the author(s) and the name of article into English and Ukrainian.

Keywords in 2 languages: to try not to include phrases.

Introduction (Problem statement, analysis of the last researches and publications on the research subject, allocation of the unresolved earlier parts of common problem to which article is devoted).

Communication of work with important scientific programs or practical tasks.

Purpose, work tasks, material and methods.

Results of research and their discussion (statement of the main material of research with full justification of the received scientific results).

Conclusions.

Prospects of further researches in this direction.

The reference list (not less than 20 for review - at least 30) has to contain enough modern (for the last 5 years) sources on the research problem to which it is necessary to include scientific articles from the Ukrainian and foreign professional scientific journals. Presentation of the reference list and citing in scientific works has to meet the requirements of APA STYLE.

 At the end of article it is necessary for each participant (in Russian and English): surname, first name and patronymic (completely) with the indication of academic degrees and academic statuses, the place of work (the official name and the postal address of establishment or organization); ORCID: e-mail.

Presentation of the reference list and citing in scientific works has to meet the requirements of APA STYLE.

This journal provides direct open access to the content, proceeding from the following principle: free open access to results of researches promotes increase in global exchange of knowledge.
