Abstract

As a result of the spent researches independent inheritance of such pairs signs has been established: Skdh + character of growth; Skdh + colour of a flower; Skdh + pigmentation on a plant, Skdh + bush type, colour of seeds + character of growth, colour of seeds + bush type, character of growth + colour of a flower, colour of a flower + bush type, character of growth + pigmentation on a plant and bush type + pigmentation on a plant. Genes which supervise these signs, obviously, are on different chromosomes and can serve as markers of different groups of coupling. Behind steams of other signs, namely colour of seeds + pigmentation on a plant, colour of a flower + pigmentation on a plant, colour of seeds + colour of a flower and bush type + character of growth (only for a combination Dokuchaevsky / Holberg) coupling of genes and percent recombinations is established.
Introduction in the analysis of genes, including which define the im-portant agricultural signs, will give the chance not only to form genetic cards of a string bean, but also probably to use isoenzymes as markers of the important signs for selection
