Антиоксидантные свойства семян гороха (Pisumsativum L.)

Аннотация

Представлены результаты исследований по общей антиоксидантной активности (АОА) тест-системой с использованием DPPH, содержание и состав токоферолов в семенах гороха. Проведенная оценка общей АОА показала диапазон изменчивости за годы изучения в среднем от 55,69 %–44,32 % и незначительный коэффициент вариации признакаV= 6,32 % в 2015 г. и V= 8,75 % в 2016 г. Между общей АОА, эквивалентом хлорогеновой кислоты и урожайностью, а также содержанием белка в семенах гороха корреляции были слабые и незначимые. Показано, что более 90 % токоферолов семян гороха представлены γ-изомером. Для подтверждения значимых отличий по общей АОА носителя гена rb необходимо провести анализ выборки образцов национальной коллекции вида Pisumsativum L
