Інтенсифікація процесу екстракції фенольних сполук із листя аїру звичайного

Мета. Визначити інтенсифікований спосіб екстракції фенольних сполук із листя аїру звичайного та оптимальні умови для процесу.
Матеріали та методи. З метою розробки оптимального інтенсифікованого методу екстракції зразки витягів отриумали в різних співвідношеннях сировини до екстрагенту, при різній температурі, часі та кратності екстракції. У якості сировини використовували спектрофотометрично стандартизовані листя аїру звичайного. Екстракцію проводили в герметично закритому ультразвуковому реакторі для екстракції PEX 1 (REUS, Contes, Франція). У якості критеріїв ефективності екстракції виступали показники сухого залишку та загальної кількості флавоноїдів, визначені із використанням методів, описаних у Державній Фармакопеї України. Кількість флавоноїдів визначали спектрофотометрично на сертифікованому приладі Specord 200 (Analytik Jena, Німеччина).
Результати. Відповідно до результатів дослідженя було встановлено, що дія ультразвуку та додавання поверхнево-активних речовин значно підвищують ефективність процесу екстракції. Визначено оптимальні умови для процесу. Експериментально доведено, що раціональне співвідношення сировини до екстрагенту становить 1:15. Порівняльне дослідження процесу екстракції при різних температурах показало, що найбільша кількість екстрактивних речовин досягається при температурі 70 °C і тривалості 45 хв. Оптимальна кратність екстракції – 3.
Висновки. У результаті дослідження було визначено інтенсифікований метод екстракції для листя аїру звичайного- ремацерація із використанням ультразвуку. Проведені дослідження дозволили розробити метод екстракції, доцільний в умовах сучасної фармацевтичної промисловості.
