The article substantiates the need for dual listing of securities of the companies with Ukrainian assets, whose securities are placed on foreign exchanges. The problems of admission of the foreign securities to the domestic stock market and the imperfection of the legislative framework of Ukraine were found out. The analysis of changes in the domestic legislative regulation of admission of foreign securities to be traded on the stock exchanges in Ukraine was done.
