The design of competitive apparel in modern industrial production is impossible without the ability to "work as a team." One of the ways to develop this skill can be application of information technologies as means of artistic communication between experts of different areas. The practical proof is the experiment, carried out during the educational process on the department of "Technologies and Design" of Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogical Academy. The result of the experiment is the industrial collection of warehouse coat "Cafe Paris", designed by a team of students of different special subjects. Artistic communication between students took place with the help of information technologies. In the process of professional communication of students the essential improvement in the quality of fashion design was observed, as confirmed by prize-winning place at the XII International Competition of Young Fashion Designers – costume designers of “Pecherskie kashtanu”. The process of designing of the collection was close to real industrial production of apparel. This shows the relevance of the work and justifies the need of further research in this areaReferences
