The article concerns the application of cluster analysis for expert opinions processing. The problem class, where expert opinions are used, is rather wide. Thereafter, many methods of expert information are developed. However, the problem of processing of uncoordinated expert information has not been examined enough. In particular, there are problems of definition of experts’ group opinion, consistency of experts’ opinions. There are no ranking methods of uncoordinated alternatives. Application of classic methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics to solve the problems does not always provide appropriate results. Therefore, to determine the general opinion of expert group, it is suggested to use the methods of cluster analysis. It was shown that the application of different methods provides various results. Disambiguation is possible by assessment of experts’ competence. Graphical representation of expert opinions is suggested. The research results can be used in intelligence systems, making decisions based on the analysis of uncoordinated expert information.References
