The application of massage and physiotherapy after arthroscopic surgery on knee joint

Purpose: to determine the characteristics of application of a massage and physiotherapy in physical rehabilitation after arthroscopic surgery on knee joint. Material and methods of researches: the theoretical analysis, generalization of special scientific and methodical literature. Results: the features of application of massage and physiotherapy after operations on knee joint are considered. The tasks and the major approaches to prescribing of massage and physiotherapy with an account of the early, late post-operating and recovering periods of disease are presented. Conclusions: proved that massage and physiotherapy are the effective means of physical rehabilitation after arthroscopic surgery on knee joint.
