Researching of special physical preparation to improve the training process in cheerleading

The basic components of the special physical preparation in cheerleading were researched. Modern methods ofresearch (computer diagnostics, computer programs) were used. The study involved 14 athletes participating cheerleading team
VC “Lokomotiv”, Kharkiv. The data allowed to form an idea of the level of the special physical preparation of cheerleaders for the
purpose of using them in the selection process and to improve the training process.
