Міжетнічна комунікація як динамічна складова міжетнічної взаємодії

У статті розглянуто роль і значення міжетнічної комунікації у формуванні та розвитку міжетнічних взаємин, досліджено міжетнічну комунікацію у практиці вивчення міжетнічних відносин. Установлено, що об’єктом дослідження багатьох зарубіжних і вітчизняних учених є міжетнічні комунікації, їх вплив на формування, становлення та розвиток міжетнічних взаємин, їх психологічний зміст і основні функції. Автором зроблено висновок, що сучасне суспільство потребує додаткових соціально-психологічних досліджень, щоб здійснити комплексне вивчення чинників існування етнічних комунікацій, їх значення в системі міжетнічних взаємин, тобто питання, які залишаються недослідженими в цій галузі психології, залишаючи великі мож-ливості для вчених-психологів. Розглянуто особливості динамічної структури міжетнічної комунікації. Автором указано, що структура формування етнічних меншин відображає психологічні аспекти міжетнічної комунікації, які пов’язані з різними видами соціальних відносин у суспільстві. Увагу приділено характеристиці міжетнічної комунікації та практичним її дослідженням у галузі наукових знань соціальної психології. Зроблено висновок, що існує необхідність розробки системи раннього прогнозування конфліктних ситуацій і моделі виникнення та поширення етнічних конфліктів. Ця система допоможе ефективно запобігати кризовим станам із небезпечними наслідками у галузі міжетнічних відносин.
