Психологічний аналіз компонентної структури моделі соціальної підтримки в практиці соціальної роботи

У статті розглянуто феномен соціальної підтримки осіб з проблемами психічного здоров’я в групах самодопомоги. Наголошується важливість здійснення підтримки таким особам у рамках груп самодопомоги поза межами психіатрії та медикаментозного лікування. Досліджено теоретичні обґрунтування терміна «соціальна підтримка». Визначено соціальну підтримку як спосіб надання психологічних, матеріальних та інших ресурсів особі, яка потребує цього, в рамках взаємодій та відносин, які можуть поліпшити навички справлятися з проблемами, зменшити вплив стресових ситуацій, сприяти покращенню здоров’я та позитивній здоровій поведінці. З’ясовано відсутність єдиної точки зору щодо розуміння дослідниками спектра функцій підтримки, які пов’язані з психологічним благополуччям осіб з проблемами психічного здоров’я та способів їх класифікацій/типологій. Обговорюється теоретична модель соціальної підтримки з точки зору її функціонального виміру з розподілом складових соціальної підтримки згідно концепції Маслоу. Виділено компоненти психологічної підтримки, які мають відповідність до структурних елементів ієрархічної системи потреб Маслоу. Описано інтегруючу функцію психологічного компонента соціальної підтримки. Проаналізовано роль груп самодопомоги як умови для здійснення інтегруючої функції психологічного компонента і моделі для відпрацювання зразків соціальної взаємодії в практику повсякденного життя користувачів психіатричних служб.References
