Чинники впливу на становлення та розвиток міжетнічної взаємодії

У статті розглянуто чинники впливу на формування та розвиток міжетнічних взаємин, їх дослідження у практиці вивчення міжетнічних відносин. Встановлено, що об’єктом дослідження багатьох зарубіжних і вітчизняних вчених є чинники, що лежать в основі формування, становлення та розвитку міжетнічних взаємин, їх психологічний зміст і структурні компоненти. Автором зроблено висновок, що сучасне суспільство потребує додаткових соціально-психологічних досліджень, щоб здійснити комплексне вивчення чинників впливу на міжетнічні взаємини, які є в цій області психології, залишаючи великі можливості для вчених-психологів. У статті розглянуто психологічний, культурний, соціально-економічний, політичний, релігійний, історичний чинники, що впливають не тільки на характер міжетнічних відносин, а й визначають динаміку і перспективи їх подальшого розвитку. Автором вказано, що ці чинники утворюють єдиний об’єкт, у якому жоден окремий елемент не може бути домінуючим або існувати ізольовано від інших, ці чинники взаємозалежні і взаємообумовлені. Увагу приділено характеристиці взаємозалежності окремих чинників та їх практичним дослідженням етнічних відносин у галузі наукових знань соціальної психології. Зроблено висновок, що існує необхідність розробки системи раннього прогнозування конфліктних ситуацій і моделі виникнення та поширення конфліктів. Ця система допоможе ефективно запобігати кризовим станом у галузі міжетнічних відносин з небезпечними наслідками.
