Аксіологія соціальної роботи: теоретичний аспект

Досліджено, що в житті сучасного суспільства соціальні працівники ви-
конують багато важливих функцій і мають значний вплив на діяльність
локальних організацій та навколишнє середовище. Проаналізовано,
що завдяки своєму авторитету вони можуть стати тими людьми, яких
варто наслідувати, вони виконують функції реалізаторів соціальних
заходів. У статті представлено вибрані питання теоретичного характе-
ру щодо аксіології соціальної роботи. Автор стверджує, що аксіологія
соціальної роботи – це важливий елемент процесу навчання майбутніх
соціальних працівників. А розуміння цінностей та вміння втілювати їх
у повсякденній діяльності буде тим етапом, що сприятиме зміні у пове-
дінці суб’єкта. Автором статті доведено, що етичні та моральні аспекти
соціальної роботи є основними правилами, яких повинен дотримува-
тись кожен соціальний працівник.

The Author of an article can place electronic copies of the paper (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the Collection) at:
- personal web resources of all Authors (websites, webpages, blogs etc.);
- web resources of the institutions where the Authors are employed (including electronic institutional repositories);
- non-profit public access web resources (for example, arXiv.org).
But in all cases, it is obligatory to have a bibliographic reference to the paper, or a hyperlink to its electronic copy placed at the official website of this Collection.
