Специфіка психологічних та соціально- психологічних відносин у структурному підрозділі вищого навчального закладу

У
статті проаналізовано особливості психологічних та соціально-психо-
логічних відносин у колективі. Розглянуто специфіку психологічних
та соціально-психологічних відносин у структурному підрозділі вищо-
го навчального закладу. Охарактеризовано фактори, що визначають
цю специфіку для виявлення сильних і слабких сторін підрозділу в
наявних умовах. Доведено, що навчальний заклад формує своє власне
освітнє середовище й організаційну культуру. Виявлено два різновиди
взаємодії – міжособистісну і міжгрупову. Управління персоналом здій-
снюється в межах організаційних структур, через які реалізується пла-
номірний і систематичний вплив на поведінку членів колективу органі-
зації та відносини між ними.
