Статеві та вікові особливості мотивів вибору професії та мотивів навчання студентської молоді

У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти проблеми мотивів та резуль-
тати емпіричного дослідження статевих та вікових особливостей мотивів
вибору професії та мотивів навчання студентської молоді. З’ясовано, що
навчально-професійна діяльність студентів педагогічних спеціальностей
вишу є полімотивованою. Виявлено статеві відмінності у переважанні зо-
внішніх та внутрішніх мотивів вибору професії та їх поєднанні, кількісні
зміни в структурі мотивів навчання студентів. Встановлено, що в процесі
професійної підготовки у студентів домінуючим стає один з мотивів на-
вчання та один з мотивів вибору професії. Окреслено основні напрямки
формування мотивів навчання у виші та мотивів вибору професії.
