Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз і виокремлено основні теоретико-методо-
логічні та прикладні аспекти тілесно-орієнтованого методу М. Фельден-
крайза, досліджено його характеристики й можливості застосування в
профілактиці, реабілітації й особистісному розвитку людини. Встанов-
лено, що застосування методу М. Фельденкрайза привносить адаптив-
ний, профілактичний, терапевтичний, реабілітаційний та удосконалю-
ючий ефект як у професійну діяльність, так і у приватну сферу буття
людини та може розглядатися як один з провідних методів покращення
якості її життя.
