Сучасні підходи до оцінювання ефективності тренінгу

У статті розглядається проблема різних підходів щодо визначення
показників (критеріїв) ефективності проведеного тренінгу у професій-
ній підготовці в сучасній освіті. На основі аналізу наявних підходів і
власного досвіду виокремлено комплексний підхід до визначення ефек-
тивності тренінгу. Ефективність його визначається трьома основними
чинниками: емоційним – кількість переживань (позитивних і негатив-
них), когнітивним – залишкові знання, навички і уміння, конотатив-
ним – поведінка в посттренінговий період.

The Editorial Board has the full right to publish original scientific papers containing results of theoretical and experimental research works which are not currently subject to review for publication in other scientific editions.
