Abstract

У статті розглядаються психологічні особливості діяльності юриста,
виявлені її специфічні особливості, розкрита її структура, визначено
систему особистісних якостей юриста, що обумовлюють ефективність
професійної діяльності. Розглянуті особливості професійної діяльності
юриста, які дозволяють розробити систему організаційних заходів,
спрямованих на її вдосконалювання.

The Editorial Board has the full right to publish original scientific papers containing results of theoretical and experimental research works which are not currently subject to review for publication in other scientific editions.
