Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз теоретичних поглядів на проблему
професійних очікувань майбутніх фахівців у процесі їх первинної
професіоналізації. Визначено чинники, що відіграють важливу роль у
формуванні уявлень особистості про кар’єрну перспективу як основи
відповідних очікувань, а саме: домінуючі актуальні потреби особистості,
мотиви вибору професії, поінформованість та уявлення щодо обраної
професії, усвідомлення та самооцінка власної профпридатності до
специфіки майбутньої професійної діяльності, ступінь привабливості
обраної діяльності, особистісний рівень домагань та “образ Я”, локус
контролю та досвід особистості.
