Procedure for reviewing complaints regarding violations of academic integrity and publication ethics

Complaints are accepted by the "Social Work and Education" journal to the e-mail annaslozanska@gmail.com

The complaint must be substantiated and not contain defamatory statements. The journal informs the applicant of the receipt of the complaint within two working days. The complaint may be the reason for a re-examination of the published article, which will be carried out in accordance with the procedure for retracting published articles. The full consideration of the complaint may take from two to five weeks, depending on the nature of the complaint, the terms of providing a response from the persons involved in considering the complaint, and other related factors.

The journal undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the applicant's data, including name, surname, position, place of work, e-mail address and other personal data. The publication in public access of the arguments provided by the applicant in the complaint (for example, in the part of the notification of correction or retraction of the published article) is possible only with the written consent of the applicant.

The journal undertakes to inform the applicant about the result of the complaint review and the necessary evidence to confirm its complaint as soon as it is received.
