Publication Fee

The publication of articles, printed version of the journal and journal shipping are funded by the author of the article. The charge for publication of articel is 20 $.

At least 10% of articles in one issue of the journal submitted by applicants for the third level of higher education, a budget form of training, completed by them alone (without co-authors) are exempt from any payment for processing, reviewing and/or publication.
