Policy on personal or confidential data
If an article submitted to the "Social Work and Education" journal presents the results of surveys, authors must adhere to the principles of confidentiality and not use real names, surnames and other data that can identify a person in the articles. All participants in the study must be informed that their statements, answers to questionnaire questions, etc. will be used in the study and published. All participants must sign an informed consent. If only oral consent was obtained, the authors of the article must provide sufficient reasoning for the impossibility of obtaining written consent.
If children or other persons who, for certain reasons, cannot provide consent in person are involved in the study, consent must be obtained from parents, guardians or other authorized persons.
In case of doubts about the ethical conduct of the study or obtaining informed consent, the journal may ask the authors to provide relevant documents at any stage of consideration of the article. If, after publication of the article, a violation of the ethics of research conducted with the involvement of humans is discovered, the published article will be retracted in accordance with the procedure for retracting published articles.
