The article represents the information technology of evaluating of reliability of information systems, the knowledge domain of which changes during their exploitation. It was shown that the use of the traditional reliability theory of software systems is incompetent, as the processes of fault localization are not random. The theoretical base of the technology is the dynamics theory of software systems, which is not based on the probability theory and allows evaluating with high accuracy and in real time the number of faults in the software of the system, the number of secondary faults and the time of their deletion. The software tools for reliability evaluation are designed as separate subsystems: user and designer. In the user’s subsystem, the data gathering on the faults is carried out, and in the designer subsystem, these data is systematized and the state of system reliability is evaluated. The research showed that the application of the designed information technology allowed 2,5 times more accurate evaluation of reliability indices of dynamic information systems.References
