Abstract

On the basis of the use of non-coercive interaction, Sh-algorithms and telepathic approach the model diagram of project environment of education system of training a third millennium professional-rescuer adapted to changes in the global cyber community is developed.

It is shown that implementation of this type of educational project should involve media and communications built on highly efficient neurocomputer complexes and theories of abstract algorithms for solving theoretical and practical problems, as well as consider political aspects of society, the state and the impact of a turbulent environment and computer integrated network and Internet technologies.

During simulation of this type of educational project environment the concepts of "hierarchy" and "simplicity" are taken into account, as well as the difficulty characteristics: temporal, mechanical, capacitive, software and informational (structural).
