Abstract

Modern methods of assessing working conditions and safety of work at an industrial enterprise are considered in the implementation of European standards in the field of labor protection. The main approaches have been marked out in identifying hazards at work, assessing technological risk and injuries at a metallurgical enterprise. The purpose of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of the introduction of international methods in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, to assess the effectiveness of the safety management system at an industrial enterprise. The analysis of the process of implementing European standards in the field of labor protection at industrial enterprises in Ukraine is a prerequisite for their further successful application, reducing the level of occupational injuries. The procedures for drawing up the matrix of risk assessment – HAZID, assessment of working capacity of technological processes – HAZOP, safety assessment of works – JSA are considered. The analysis of the effectiveness of measures to increase labor safety in the energy sector of the enterprise was carried out. A graph of the dynamics of the decline in occupational injuries in five years is shown. The main statistical indicators that are used to account for industrial injuries at an industrial enterprise are given
