Automatic construction of rational circuits of cut-out of leaf materials into shoe details

The article summarizes the theoretical foundations of formation of future computer-aided design system (CAD) of rational cutout patterns. It reveals the essence of CAD of rational cutout patterns: from requirements to design until the final results. The principles of design of a locus of a vector function of dense distribution of patterns provide the densest join without crossing of parts when cutting. The subtasks "Layout" and "Section" will uniformly fill the entire area of plate stock. Certain restrictions are imposed on the complement, which are determined by the properties of the plate. Finally, the subtask "Complement" is designed to ensure the optimum cutout plan and to form a rational cutout pattern.
