Comprehensive mechanization and automation of manufacturing processes plays an important role in the development of construction industry. Therefore the design of the production unit for preparation and transportation of concrete by pipelines by means of compressed air is offered here. This production unit can be used in construction sector as a separate unit, or as part of construction machinery. The production unit can work with new effective technologies and new sluggish mortar and plasticized concrete. Building mixes can contain solid particles of the maximum size up to 50 mm and have the temperature not lower than 5ºС. The production unit enables to combine the building mixes preparation, transportation and placing processes and to make them directly at a construction object. The use of the production unit for preparation and transportation of concrete allows to carry out different process steps and to improve the efficiency of construction operations mechanizationReferences
