Abstract

Methodical basics of assessment of the risk of investments into development of a shipping companies’ fleet were elaborated. Methodical basics permit to analyze of possibility of receipt of negative cash flow in the each period, ratio between credit debt and depreciated cost of a ship, to fulfill a quantitative estimation of the main kinds of risk of investment projects on the basis of scenario methods with use of sensitivity analysis technique and method of a probability tree construction
